Client Review on AlphaGraphics West Valley City

All the good reviews on Yelp and Google bring me here. A lot of people compliment them for the quick response but I guess I was not chosen to be treated the same way. The quoting process takes them 4 days. Came in the office twice and asked for someone else who could assist immediately rather than waiting for the same girl to keep delaying. Got told that it's the best to wait for the girl to come back because she knows it better. Ok?! Another thing is they put on yelp the coupon to redeem but when I brought that up, none of them had an idea of it. Anyway, I need my things to be done asap so not gonna waste my time at this place anymore. I do own a business that requires a frequent massive printing job so if they don't appreciate a new business, I'll walk away and never come back. (y)
