Client Review on Alsbury Dental Care

Feedback:

Was able to get in the same day for an appointment. Spent an hour and half taking xrays and evaluation. Initially was told everything was fine since I normally get my teeth cleaned every 4 to 5 months. All a sudden the hygienist stated I had a deep cleaning over a year ago. I did not ever state that. She showed me a spot on the X-ray and stated I needed a deep cleaning. I have never had a need for a deep cleaning. She recommended I have one. The dentist came in and said the same thing. Showing a spot in the X-ray also. He checked it and removed a small particle and said I had good teeth. The hygienist continue to tell me I need a deep cleaning. I said I would hold off for now. All a sudden she said she would not be able to clean my teeth today and took me to the counter where I was told I owe $90 for xrays. I paid it and told them how unprofessional and unethetical they are. I would recommend staying away from this place based on my experience.
