Excellent Experience!I ordered a set of rosewood Spanish Fleur-de-Lis grips for my SS Ruger Blackhawk. The first set I got had a finish so dark a friend I showed them to thought they were ebony! I returned them and asked if I could have a set that had a finish that resembled the picture in the online catalog.A couple of weeks later I got a new set in the mail, and they were absolutely beautiful and flawless! Nobody's perfect, and what's most important was they gladly replaced the first set without question.These look wonderful on my stainless steel Blackhawk, and I'm very, very please with them. Despite the issue with the first set, when given the opportunity they made things right, and did very well in doing so. I will definitely buy grips from Altamonte in the future.

I just received my first order and am very pleased. Revolver grips are an individual preference and I'd prefer to handle them before purchasing but these are as comfortable and attractive as all the online reviews say. The price is great and I couldn't have asked for faster shipping.

I purchased a grip for my S&W 22A .22 and it fits perfectly. The grip is a little bit larger than the rubber stock grip, but i’ve got large hands, and I love it.

I have a Beretta 84b and a 84bb. I bought a pe-up05-CK-M14 Ultima Panel Super Rosewood Checkered with Beretta Medallions and they fit perfectly on both my 84b & 84bb pistols. They just snap in. I couldn't be happier.

I ordered. The silver black, crockback cripple grips for my Bersa Thunder 380 duo tone pistol. It took 8 weeks and when they finally arrived I was disappointed. They were black, but no silver anywhere in the grain. I returned them. ( I had to pay shipping ) and requested the super walnut with crock back stipple. 8 more weeks later I received the exact same pair of grips I had returned 2 months earlier. I called Altamont and spoke with a very unprofessional person named Doug who tried to tell me I got what I ordered. I tried to explain that I had returned these grips and requested the super walnut instead. He said he would have to find my paperwork and call me back. I never received a call back from Doug. Instead I received an email about 4 days later, from someone else, apologizing for the mistake and that they would send out my replacement grips along with a shipping label to return the grips I had received. Again......8 weeks later I get a package from Altamont. Inside was super walnut oak leaf grips. I had ordered crockback stipple, not oak leaf. I emailed Altamont and again received an apology and an offer to correct the shipment......again. I declined. I told them they got the order wrong 3 times and even though the oak leaf grips were not what I ordered, I decided to keep them instead of waiting another 8 weeks for a replacement. The quality of the grips are exceptional but the did not fit flat against the frame of my pistol next to the slide. I had to trim the inside of the grip slightly to make them fit properly. Im sure others have had a good experience with them but I didn't. As I stated the workmanship is excellent. But whoever was in charge of processing my order dropped the ball a couple of times and it took 26 weeks to get my final order.......and it was still wrong.

I ordered a pair of the crocback stipled grips for my Kimber K6S and I was very pleased! These far surpassed my expectations. Definitely worth the money. Mine were not in stock so they had to be made which was no problem as I was given the option to wait or get a refund. I decided to wait and I'm so glad I did! I will be upgrading all my handguns grips that I can. If you have any doubts don't! They stand behind their product and I do too now. The proof is in the pudding!

Ordered a set of rosewood grips, it would take between 1 to 4 weeks. Doug asked if I would like the walnut grips as they were in stock. Me personally I like walnut, so I said yes. Two days later I had them on my gun. Great working with them.

Went to location in thomasboro, cause I live around location no entrance to building and intercom button I had to press and cannot order on site must be done and pay s&h will be ordering grips for my j frame and 1911 somewhere else...
