Client Review on Alveo Digital

Beware of this company and it's owner. David quoted a small project for me (1 short video, 1 long video)...think his quote was $3700 or something close. I accepted his offer and offered him a $500 bonus for it being on time (I needed the short video on time for a very important customer meeting i had) and a $500 bonus for it being great. He sent me an invoice for half of his quote up front which i paid immediately. Everything went downhill from there. He missed every deadline....constantly had an excuse. Promised to have things the next day but never delivered. 2 full weeks after he was supposed to have delivered the videos (and well past my customer meeting) he told me the short video was done and sent me the final invoice for payment...which i paid immediately against my better judgement....but i desperately needed the short video because it was already 2 weeks late. Then he refused to deliver the long video until i paid him an additional amount of money..$475 more!!. Of course i refused. He continually sent me invoices and texts demanding payment and even threatened to turn me over to the Screen Actors Guild (lol not SAG but some agency he probably made up) if i didn't pay him. So hire this person at your own risk. He is one of the most unprofessional persons i've ever worked with. On a side note, the short video i did get from him was well produced. I think he has talent as a producer but not as a business person.
