I got my order fast with no hassles or mistakes. I will only be using Alvin apparel for all my future vinyl needs.

Corey and Jason are so awesome to work with! I have done personal and commercial orders with them! I even order spirit shirts for my children from Alvin Apparel! They are super detail oriented and I have never been disappointed in an order and will continue to use them for all of my personalized apparel needs!

My husband went to alvin apparel for the first time a few months ago he made a large order for labeled shirts for his company , we usually go to a friend of mine but my friend was affected by the hurricane and I really didn't want to be a bother to her. Well, the order was great the design was perfect it was a great representation for my husband's company. Well a few weeks ago my husband decided to take some of his personal shirts up there for her to label since we were so happy with the last order. While he was up there he decided to order me an outfit as well. A few weeks later the owner called and said they were ready, so he went up there to get his order, he didn't check them while there. After arriving home he went through the bag and was extremely disappointed with the final product the entire label had been changed it looked like a sticker, so I told him don't worry about it just go up there and explain to her I'm sure she won't mind fixing it for you. We then also noticed that the outfit my husband ordered was not in the bag. The next day my husband went up there to talk to her about these issues, she offered nothing ,no fix ,no refund ,nothing. She gave a lot of excuses and even went as far as to say that the material was the issue yet we also gave her cloth shirts to label, so this couldnt of been the issue. My husband then asked why my outfit wasn't in the bag, she said she would order it for him again. Well, I was very unhappy with her unwillingness to fix anything at all so I had reviewed her on Google giving one star but didn't explain we then receive a text from her this morning saying she was canceling my order because of my bad,review on Google. I'm honestly shocked that this is way someone chooses to do business and doesn't care at all that he was unhappy with the new design she didn't even call and ask first before changing it. If you don't mind how something looks then yeah go ahead and go here but otherwuse save your money and your time. The third pic is of one the first shirts we ordered the other ones are of the changed design , and then he text to us this morning

Had a couple large shirt orders with them and have been very happy with those. one of the orders had an issue and they were very quick to correct that and make sure we were happy. I also had a few custom orders, including one for my husband for Christmas. Great job in working with me on the graphics to come up with exactly what i wanted, when i didn't even realize what i wanted in the beginning! Supurb quality, all shirts have held up very well. Highly recommend.
