Amazing company to work for! They are always going the extra mile to make employees feel appreciated and a part of the family. I cannot pass the CEO and founder without receiving a warm welcome, friendly smile or even a hug. A true lead by example company.

I completely agree! I worked there for over a year, and it was an awful company to work for. Long hours and extremely low pay. They will beg for every dime you make for their numerous fundraisers, so they can get more press. It's all about the press with them. They say they are employee owned, but that is just a sales ploy. I didn't meet even one employee that received any benefits from them saying we're all employee owned. In fact, they mainly use that line to talk you down in pay. They even demand overtime in some of their departments with low raises. They will pay $13 an hour for a job that (in most companies) would be 40k a year at least.
