Client Review on American Spirit Technology Group

It's been over 6 months and I don't have my website live. Customer service never answers the phone and training is nonexistent. All the bells and wistles to sell the services are misleading and the integration with Mindbody is not complete. The CRM and Email marketing doesn't integrate and you'll have to import your customers manually. The designer seems to be ok, skilled, however the website never comes to your like, since there is no direct communication and everything is taken by seldom emails. I am here awaiting for a phone call that never comes, however the bill comes on time every month, that's all that seems to matter at LiveEdit.
