Feedback:

American Eagle has little to no experience working with customizable sites. We have had nothing but difficulty working with this company and continue to have many difficulties with our website. It seems none of the programming is done in-house as it always seems to take 3-4 days to get a response. Once the website is pushed live you will immediately be given an account manager that knows little to nothing about websites. He/she will charge you maintenance hours any time you call with a question regarding your website. It’s funny that they charge you because usually this person is incapable of answering your question. If you do decide to go with this company be sure to have a good lawyer read the contracts. They will squirm out of any and all responsibilities that are not exactly stated in the contract, so be warned. This company, as I’ve seen in other reviews, reflects what I have experienced as well; THEY ONLY WANT YOUR MONEY.
