Ive been building custom PCs as a hobby for friends and myself for about 8 years. If you ask me, i can tell you every piece of hardware that is in and has ever been in any PC ive ever put together. The few times ive visited this store i was always let down with service. They never have what im looking for, be it fan dust filters, pcie connector adapters or the right RAM at a reasonable price. The only time i gave up and sent a computer to them for repairs was incredibly disappointing and left with a $100 balance for not getting it fixed. The problem ended up being a bad capacitor which my friend who had a soldering iron replaced for free. The last time i went to look for parts i was immediately greeted and followed around the store. I asked for a couple parts and was told they dont carry them. They had very little information, most responses were 'no.' Or 'we dont have it.' It was very awkward and felt like they were shooing me off. The only positive thing i have to say is, i know they deal more specifically with local businesses for servers and other technological issues. But really, if you need something for a PC related problem just go to ebay. Its cheaper and even if it takes a month to get it, at least you get it.Never Again. 0/10

I needed a bios update to use my 7th gen processor on my motherboard. I brought it to them and they had it updated and working in 15 minutes. Super professional and courteous.
