Overall Feedback:

Ordered some laser cut car trim parts. The part arrived a week over the specified delivery time and was not at all as described (badly scratched, no felt backing and engraved despite requesting it not to be). It then took a further week to receive a response and I was told the correct part would be delivered shortly. 3 weeks after this and after sending many emails I had to log a claim with PayPal for my refund and have still not heard back. Very disappointing and awful customer service.
