The staff and (pup) are the friendliest. I work with the University and they are always a great partner when it comes to meeting rush deadlines! I've worked with them on a variety of projects including: vinyl, stickers, pvc, posters, menus, etc. Personally, I work closely with Forest and Sean, both great team players with a can-do attitude. They have both delivered on projects and Forest even gave us his personal number for emergencies. Excited to continue supporting local print shops around our area!

We needed to order a banner for our son's graduation party so we talked to Forest at the shop. He helpfully went over all of the options and even designed the banner for us! The banner was done on time and came out beautifully. We really appreciate great customer service because it is so rare these days. Thank you, Forest and Amherst Copy!

I tried to support a local business. I ended up at Staples.After putting in a small order (5 prints) I heard nothing back for a week. So I called to check in. I was told no one there could help me, but Forrest from the sign shop would call me back. He never did. A week later I called again. Forrest was in and assured me that my prints would be ready Thursday (two days later). I went the following Tuesday to pick them up (three weeks after putting in the original order). I was told that Forrest was on his way back from the sign shop with my prints, though no one could contact him to confirm this. After 15 minutes of waiting, Forrest arrived. Did he have my prints? "Nah man. I'll print 'em tomorrow."It took Staples 24 hours to do what Amherst Copy and Designworks couldn't do in three weeks.

Sean and his team are just amazing, specifically Isabel and Eric rushed my business card order. There is always a friendly smile and helpful approach to all my printing and copy needs. Shop local in Amherst! Sean is also a great community guy, sponsoring so many local events, sitting on the Board of the Amherst Chamber, and a good Rotarian too! Thanks all!
