The basis for service industry is kindness and courtesy in any aspect, even in the smallest of the things like taking a call and responding to it. This is known as service etiquette, which should be the foundation of running any business and unfortunately you don't have any. What is the point of the 5 stars that are shown here, when you don't know how to treat somebody? Thank you so much for making it clear to me that there is more to see than meets the eye by cutting the call right on my face when I was enquiring. If you do not know the meaning of enquiry, let me explain. Well, there is a word called NO which you can use, instead of cutting the call. I think you should know that integrity is doing the right thing even when nobody is watching and when you don't treat somebody properly, it definitely reflects you. What is more important in any business more than profit maximization is earning good will and blessing. If you don't have values, then your business will definitely face the brunt. What is not acceptable will never be acceptable. Treating people the way you want is never ever acceptable. The sooner you realise, the better will it be for your business.
