Very clean quiet comfortable room, also very spacious. Decor in room and lobby unique. Location very good for museums and transportation. Staff always very friendly and helpful. Would happily stay there again.

Lovely hotel in a great location. Very comfortable bed with a lovely room. ||The hotel car service was very good and affordable. Didn’t eat at the hotel so can’t comment. Only stayed for one night, would be nice to come back again sometime.

Friendly and alert staff. ||Clean and fine rooms. Some of them a bit small. ||Great area with nice restaurants and atmosphere. Not as busy as the area around Oxford and Regent street. Over all very nice to try out a new part of London.

Nel prezzo, non economico, non è compresa la prima colazione, 16.00 sterline + servizio (avranno sbagliato a prenotare la stanza...) che, dopo averla provata, ti evidenzia come sia di molto più opportuno uscire e farà fuori. |

The Ampersand is my favourite hotel for business and leisure trips to London. The location in South Ken is ideal in terms of getting to most places in London and the hotel itself is beautifully decorated and has the most friendly, attentive and efficient staff.
