In addition to some smaller marketing pieces, and ongoing (great) business improvement seminars, they have provided top notch quality, customer service, and timeliness in the following: 1) developing and producing two 'explainer videos' for our inbound marketing strategy, 2) facilitated a rebranding brainstorming session with our team, and produced report based on findings that ultimately gave us our new name and method of rolling it out, and 3) Held a talent acquisition brainstorming session and helped us find our best fit personas and gave some recommendations on how to attract said individuals.
