I had the pleasure of working with Amplify Online recently and had many great experiences so I wanted to share those in this review. First of all they have some very smart and talented team members. Their team is also very good with customer service, they are genuine, friendly, and good communicators. They also work extremely hard. I'm giving a 4 -star review, which is a very good review but i'm leaving off one star because I felt that the team at Amplify was spread too thin. It seemed that most of them were way overloaded with work and as a result the turn around time could sometimes be a bit slow. With that said, I know Amplify Online recently hired more people so hopefully that part will get better. The owner, Chad, has been incredible too. He is very proactive and very fair with the pricing of his services. Whenever I talk with Chad or his team I feel that I'm dealing with experts in the field and that was refreshing and comforting. Thank you Amply for all the hard work and great service!
