I get notifications when new packages have arrive. And when returning, I never have to print labels, UPS scan my mobile device and the cost is paid from my Amazon account. Fast and convenient. Every clerk is friendly. They always work with me to minimize my large package shipping cost. Package drop off is fast and free. No lines. I highly recommend UPS Bothell for shipping, printing, and mailbox rental.
