I ordered laser engraved pens for my business. I initially ordered 250 pens, but then received a phone call taking me into purchasing a larger order of 500 pens. After receiving two proofs that were never approved, I then received a box of 250 incorrectly printed pens. After reaching out to my initial customer service representative, I then got pass onto two other agents who both knew nothing about my situation. I continue to get phone calls from different agents who are clueless about my account status, so I have to explain over and over again, what the issue is. I just got another call form a lady who had confused my account with another. I do not usually write bad reviews for companies, but this is craziness. I can not believe how unorganized they are. I truly hope that my situation is one of a kind, because I am beyond frustrated and want to receive me correctly printed pens that I have been waiting almost a month for.

The product was fine outside of the fact the salesperson that I originally spoke with didn't inform me that your screen printing was done in Mexico and the wait for the product would be longer. I like the laser engraving that you no longer do on that style of pen so I may have to find another source as that is why I quit doing business with National Pen for a few reasons but that was one of them.
