Feedback:

The lady on the phone was nice. But when I told her I had an ac unit that went out and that I had 3 kids, one of which is an infant that has 3 heart conditions, that didnt seem to mean anything to them. We have many medical bills and a payment plan was the only option. So with them... it was money or nothing. Thanks. Had someone else fix it.
