This place is a joke!They did a trailer wrap for me and there was some issues.The wrap was put on cricket with patches of vinyl taped on to try and fix the mistake. The other side was MINT! No issues.I brought the trailer back and they wanted to do more patch work to fix it. I said no, the entire side has to be re-done just like other side NO PATCHES!I left with a good feeling because i THOUGHT they stand behind their work and fixes mistakes. But i guess this is not the case.. They did fix the side, BUT now since there was an issue and i complained after paying 3500$ for a wrap, Lou (owner) will not do the rest of my fleet (4 trucks, 2 more trailers)To match. If anyone should be upset about this situation it should be me! But I’m not, I’m still trying to give your business $12,000+ for more work on vehicles not including future business (signs, shirts and etc). The printer even printed the image with blurry patches everywhere with printer lines everywhere and I am willing to even let that go. Never once asked for money back or anything which I should have! This is just ridiculous, if I’d know this is how you handle business than I would have ran! Now I’m having the issue of finding someone else who can match the art work so all my fleet match. Discriminating a Customer because of employees messing up installing the wrap it’s not ok... not a problem taking your money the first time but don’t come back with any issues or they won’t take care of you next timeI will continue to show anyone that ask to see the terrible print on the trailer as well,You might not notice if we pass you down the road but look at it when its not moving! bad company!
