SHOCKED, HORRIFIED & DISMAYED
What was the best part of the experience?
No part of working with Animation Monster UK has been a pleasant experience, unfortunately. In fact, it has been a nightmare. We have been trying to work with them since the project started on April 15, 2019. It is now October 1, 2019, & Animation Monster UK has left us with an unfinished project. They are very untruthful to work with. They say they will get back to you with a solution & then never do. Find someone else to work on your animated video.
What would you change about the experience?
If I were Animation Monster UK, I would hire people that are more technical. I would not promise work that I have no idea on how to complete. If one of my employees did that, I would fix whatever they messed up. I would also never LIE or be untruthful to clients. Animation Monster UK absolutely cannot be trusted. First, they had no idea on what they were doing with my project. Animation Monster UK's answer to that is to simply ignore you & tell you that they will get back to you tomorrow.

SHOCKED, HORRIFIED & DISMAYED with the hideously horrible customer service from Animation Monster UK. Animation Monster UK cannot be trusted. Do not trust them with a VIDEO project especially. Needless to say, I am very disappointed in Animation Monster UK.
