I was worried. I had trouble finding a shop. Found ANNAPOLIS Geeks online. My phone call was accepted by a live person and really made me quickly comfortable. I took in my computer with my typical self diagnosis. They explained pricing up front. Took it in and completed the work on time with recommended checks. My diagnosis was wrong. They could have charged me for my work but rather did what was needed. As far as I'm concerned the rates were fair, the results exceeded my expectation, and it was ready as promised.
