I recently worked with the Appeal team on a video I needed made for the City of Harrisonburg, Va., to introduce our new branding to the community. This video was going to be shown at a community event unveiling the branding, and then used on social media, at following events, conferences, on our government TV channel, etc. Working through the process with Appeal was very quick and easy, and the team had a lot of great ideas to help craft the message and display our branding in a creative and fun way. They were 100 percent open and interested in my suggestions, and completely engaged in followup conversations about any changes or edits along the way. They were quick to act on last-minute suggestions from me and ensured at the end that I had the exact product I was looking for. And they were able to take my initial thoughts and turn it into a well thought out, detailed vision. We unveiled the branding this week, and the video was a huge hit. We are now looking to get it into as many venues as possible, and the video has really helped us explain why we created new branding and why it is important to what we do.
