I felt it necessary to stop what I was doing to pay Carrie a well-deserved compliment. I used to use Apple Marketing for our SEO/PPC needs but we switched to a different company for whatever reason...the grass always appears greener on the other side of the fence I guess. Unfortunately when we got to the other side of the fence we realized that -- not only was the grass not greener...it was weeds instead of grass.I judge SEO Vendor success based upon the following factors:1.) # of phone calls received from customers2.) customer emails from our website contact page3.) Vendor’s ability to communicate effectively with me (English is 1st language)4.) Vendor’s knowledge of our industry5.) Cost of product compared to resultsApple Marketing provided us with a better product and produced better results than our current vendor, so if you currently have them as your vendor, cherish it, say thank you and stick with them. They're a real treat to work with and true professionals in their industry. Wish I would've never left them.
