Aptech graphics had my artwork for nearly 2 weeks. I called and emailed them once a day since they received it. I needed samples for my first inventory of my growing company as soon as possible. Many times on the phone I was told, "yes, it's no problem." Or, "we'll print a sample and show it to you tomorrow." Never did this company actually put the time into printing a sample for me. After 2 weeks of promising me they would, Mark finally called me and said that he doesn't have time to work on my sample! This would have been nice to know TWO WEEKS AGO when we talked, and he promised me that he would get it to me THE NEXT BUSINESS DAY. I will gladly be moving my business elsewhere because of Aptech's terrible customer service and response time.
