Great guy and more importantly, not only a true professional in the business, he is a good samaritan lending a hand from an out of towner like myself. Just the other week I traveled to Mebane, NC only to find myself broken down. He and a friend John determined what my issue was, drove me about town to collect parts and fix my vehicle. I was back on the road in under two hours. Bill was actually meeting with a client that day and still went out of his way to assist.
