Save your money first off the installed a pool liner and now it's slipping so we called them and they said well you need a liner lock installed and it's because the old liner stretched it out so you need to purchase it so we said ok well they came out to do the job and they were late. The guy then says he can't do it because he has to have a pump which he didn't bring with him and they would be back on Wednesday, well that day came and they did not show up my mother who has dialysis waited up all day after having a treatment and they did not show up or call. so the next day she calls Jared called my husband a liar which my husband has never called him. So i go in there and I have a video of him saying he was sorry for calling my husband a liar that we were right and he never talked to him. So he promised to fix the pool and pay for the water company Conder water to fill our pool and they would be there today at 9:00 am and guess what they did not show or call so my mother called and they said sorry we had an inspection we will be there but we cannot get the water the company is on vacation. So i called the water company and surprise they are not on vacation. So he called screaming at me telling me yes he dropped the ball on the water company. And he called and said i am not allowed in the store anymore or to call so I guess we will seek legal help. i keep posting the video online but they keep removing it and my mother has a vm of him admitting he lied about the water co. This used to be a good company but not anymore they are very unprofessional and ran by a bunch of rude people. you can never speak to the owner he is always on vacation. GO TO A BETTER POOL COMPANY! Our Liner didn't even make it more than 2 mths now we are having to hire another company to do the job right since this horrible company installed the wrong liner!
