Bill is extremely knowledgeable. I had an arcade game that didn’t work and knew nothing about. Bill came out to my house, diagnosed the problem, and fixed it within a month! Will definitely be using bill for any future needs.

Bill is terrific for service and pricing. He very efficiently and professionally brought back to life both an original Ms. Pac-Man and a Bally pinball that had been in storage. I’m very satisfied and will definitely call him again. Please ignore reviews you see about store availability. He’s a one man show who balances a storefront and private service calls. If you want unbeatable price and service, call him for an appointment. You won’t be disappointed!

Bought a refurbished machine in January that we are very happy with. In July, one of the buttons was faulty due to a loose wire connection, but Bill came out quickly to fix it with no charge as the machine was still under warranty.

Just purchased Cruisin game. By far the best pricing in the STL. Also, Bill is very knowledgeable and helpful. Cannot wait for it to be delivered. Love that he has free delivery.

Went there during business hours and they were closed with a sign saying "out for lunch." They never came back. I was there 50 minutes. Also, some of these reviews look fake to me, like they were posted by the owner from multiple fake accounts. These accounts have only one contribution to Google reviews and they have no other photos, bios, or content of any kind. The fake reviews are also worded very similarly and all give high praise of Bill (the owner, presumably). This guy sounds like a con artist. I would steer clear of this place. Best of luck, Bill. Bill works long hard hours to give you a good deal on some quality entertainment for the family. He has been in business for years and looking forward for years of service and new games. I bought a used donkey Kong very reasonable as well as many others in the past. Bill is a huge supporter of survivor video arcade inside West county lanes. Bill has become a good friend of mine.
