Typical web firm that says one thing and does another. The most overpriced scam of an agency, it really begs the question is there truly an honest and reliable web firm in this town? You end up spending more time than they do to gather information that they should be doing, yet they don't deduct this time from their billables. Any change modification or delay they charge you for as a client. Bunch of millenials, xgens who think that having "cool" digs makes you "something" when really all that matters is how you treat and deliver on what you say you will. Lots of window dressing, smoke and mirror type firm, lead by an egomaniac of a "leader" if you can call him that, funded by an equity firm in Vancouver that probably sees this as a short term play to get in and out. Their confidence is an obvious attempt to mask their smug and arrogant tone they take with clients. They will be ultimately replaced by independents, upwork and AI anyhow, so save your money and deal with real people ideally freelancers who eat what they kill. Don't say I didn't warn you.

They typically state that with their premium package they can guarantee #1 spot but when queried further they really can’t give any basis for their claim or provide proof or back up. The salesman states they are the experts and have people who do this for them. None have every actually talked about the most important things to a business owner….conversion/closing rates, revenue and most importantly ROI. Arcane starts the conversation with those points.
