For me, as a creative director and designer, working with professionals that possess an elevated graphic design vocabulary is essential. Those skills, paired with AG’s technical and e-commerce chops, are an unbeatable combination. My client, who wanted to update and modernize her site, had initially been advised to use a developer rebuild it from the ground up, which involved an insane amount of effort, not to mention cost. I convinced her that utilizing Arctic Grey to customize a fresh template was a far more time and cost-effective solution. And they proved me right! We had been trying to run google ads for some time, because we were launching a brand new collection. For weeks, there was an issue that reported we had malware on our site, and no one could figure out where it was. We went through numerous developers who claimed that they didn’t see anything wrong on our site, but the error message persisted on google’s side. Once we hired Arctic Grey, they identified the issue within days and worked directly with Google to remedy the solution. Hiring their team was the best decision we made all year!
