I came here to print my lab manual for school and they were so nice and really helpful. John was the employee that helped me and he had my order printed within 10 minutes of me emailing them the file. For sure would recommend them to anyone who needs to print out something. Faster and cheaper than staples.

As other have mentioned, staff needs to be a little more friendly. I was there before, and had a gentlemen who was grumpy.Today I had Stacy, she seemed pretty unhappy overall, like she was annoyed I was there. Luckily ups stores are like Starbucks, I'll just go to the one down the street

I don't understand why anyone woukd give this person (Taylor Garcia) a job. Especially to be GM. He is rude and does not care about mistakes made by his employees. He says"not our problem" for a mistake that should not have happened. Simple delivery.

I ship a lot of stuff Feom Anthem UPS. They always add FRAGILE stickers when I ask. My last package value was $2,500, they guy was rude and did not add my FRAGILE stickers. I'll never ship from this location again

Could not ship a scope once again here is corporate policy UPS accepts firearm parts for shipment, provided the part is not a "firearm" as defined under federal law; the contents of the package cannot be assembled to form a firearm; and the package otherwise complies with federal, state, and local law. (Note: Receivers or frames of a firearm and firearm mufflers/silencers (also referred to as suppressors) are considered "firearms" and are accepted for transportation only if shipped in accordance with UPS's requirements for shipping firearms.) The owner told me "I can not ship tobacco or alcohol" My response "yes because it is federally regulated". But a scope really. So I called 10 other stores around the valley 9 out of 10 said no problem. I feel this store is bias towards gun ownership. Took the scope to Usps not only did I pay half as much but was treated better. The lady working the counter at Usps knew the rules and regulations on shipping firearms. Just to be clear a scope is in no way shape or form a firearm just as a wood stock is no more than a piece of wood.
