If you have the option, chose another developer. Cheap / wrong materials. Facade of luxury over poor workmanship. Every single towel rod / toilet paper holder is falling out of the wall. Baseboard in bathrooms absorb any water that touches it, leaving permanent water marks. They are not responsive to warranty work requests. Seams on wood floors are separating in some places.Update:The owner is an upright man. He put in the effort to make sure all the problems got fixed. He got all his crew in here on a single day and they addressed all the issues.Seems like the prime problem was lack of oversight during the build, and also one bad actor at the office that did not believe in customer service. Not sure if that guy is there anymore, but dealing with the owner was MUCH nicer than dealing with the original guy I dealt with for warranty work.
