Client Review on Arnolds for Awards

I took a few bullet casings to Arnolds to have my fathers info. engraved on them. Casings are from the 21 gun salute he received at his memorial. Arnolds assured me we could read it and they could do the job. The casings were done on time and the wording spelt correctly! BUT,, The engraving is so small its very difficult to read even with a magnify glass. I returned asking if he could make the letters wider or add color somehow. Anything to make it so we could read it, Similar to other products shown in their show case. He said nothing he could do and sent me on my way.. Now i have casing that are ruined by Arnolds engraver. Sad thing is that they did nothing to attempt to make it right. They sure took my money with NO issues. Even though i am sure they have done good jobs for other clients be careful, if they screw it up they will do NOTHING to make it right..
