Client Review on Arrow Sign Company

What a bad service. These people do not care about small businesses. I went to their office in Oakland in December. They were nice and promised me to have my sign reviewed in two weeks. We are in February and Im still waiting. Very unorganized. Very unprofessional. They look at your request, if they will not make a lot of money they will ignore you. They will not even bother to contact you. They asked me for documents and I have to send it more than one time. If you want to waste your time and effort and if you do not want your sign to be made at all, then these incompetent people are a great choice for you.
