Client Review on Art-Kraft Sign Company

Long story short - they suck at customer service!! Here's the long version: To be honest this review is only a review on their poor customer service, seeing how I didn't get far enough to get any work completed! I called for an estimate 3 weeks ago - surprised to get somebody out the next day(all seemed promising). Nice gentleman came out April 4th. I was gone for a week so when I returned I assumed by then surely I would have en estimate emailed or a voicemail at my office. Nope. So I waited another week, and then decided to start calling - I left voicemails and spoke with the receptionist - which to be frank needs to work on her tone - she tends to come across like YOU are wasting her time. 3 weeks in I called a 3rd time - why you ask? Because clearly I like torture! I explained very plainly: had estimate, been calling, need a reply - please. Do you think the receptionist thought to apologize for that? Nope. Or even give an explanation as to why I would have waited so long? Nope. Instead as per her personality I guess she expressed in her rushed tone, she'd have somebody call me. Have they called? NOPE. So that's that. In case you were wondering this was not a small job, it was multiple signs, stickers and magnets.
