Worst company to join . Here management treat employees like slaves . Managers treats you like they have purchased you and call you anytime while you are not allowed to take a simple personal call in office time . They will make you work for free for 2 months if you want to resign as they use to take cheque from you on a name of bond mentioning you as one year bond . If you refuse to work as slave and want to leave they make you know that they will make you cheque cash and make you work for free for 2 months . If you are at senior level , they will make you work for one complete month and in last days of month they will fire you mentioning on the basis of misbehavior and refuse to pay you salary . This company is not at all recommended

Summary- They're unethical liars.- They will under quote you, and over charge you.- They have poor english and communication skills.- They may abandon your project.I've worked with Rakesh and his team for nearly 2 years and I wish I never started with them in the first place. We ended up paying WAY more than they initially quoted us due to the fact they couldn't understand the project scope. There was too many instances where I felt like I was working with someone different each day, and designs were being done by a total amateur. Close to the end of our working relationship before cutting off, Rakesh started to ask for more payments, and I kept paying him even though he hadn't finished his job. At the very end of it, he even lied saying he was sick for over A MONTH due to some nose injury and ignore all messages to the point I eventually gave up on him and his team. I would NOT recommend anyone to work with this company. We've lost money, had to go through the hardships of finding new developers which I am much more satisfied with now, and they are extremely unprofessional. Until this date, they even ignored messages to give us work which we paid for, but they will come up with any excuse saying we still owe them money, and that we blackmailed them etc. etc. I'm a person with patience but after the recommendations of my friends and colleagues to leave them, I am much happier without Art World Web Solutions.

It's been more that 4 years, I am working with this organization. I have gained many skills and learned new technologies. Salaries are always on time. Management is very cooperative, even they understand well if someone is suffering from personal problem.
