Horrible business. Customer service was very poor. The product was unreliable and had to repurchase from another store. Poor quality, does not stand by their product quality. Not worth the time and money. Spend your money elsewhere.

Our company ordered custom LED signs. They're the cheapest in Los Angeles but at same time they were able to provide a LED sign with quality. Love their packaging that has sturdy soft foam to protect the LED sign within the box. The owner and staff are very accommodating,I also shared my frustration with them about other shops giving me a overpricing quote and I found out they're the supplier of some LED shops in LA. Love their team who helped me bring the LED sign to my car. My boss is also very happy with their service and I'm sure we'll do business with them again in the future.

As a graphic Designer - I've always have fascination on classic neon signages. Having my own studio - I just need to have my company logo turn into one. Luckily i stumbled upon Arter Neon Sign thru Yelp after long research of online-based company. I wanted to see the quality before hand. I just walked on one afternoon and greeting pleasantly with Jenny Kao. Who helped me go thru the process from proofing my design to the awesome finished product. I am very pleased of the quality and artistry of their work. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PLACE! A lot of my colleagues saw my Company Sign and already been recommending them to check this place out for the great work! I will work with Jenny and the crew once again for future projects! My experience buying from Arter Neon was outstanding. When i bought my neon sign from them, it came on time and the quality was far superior to what I had initially expected. I could see the care and attention to quality they put into making my sign. If I ever need another sign, I'll definitely purchase from them again.

I worked with Jenny at Arter for a special build outdoor sign. Needed brackets added for mounting to withstand hurricane winds and a special wiring design to match an existing sign i was replacing. Sign came in great. Special brackets they added were top notch, heavier steel than i was expecting. Went well above the call of duty on this one.

AMAZING! Was in a pretty big rush to get a custom neon sign for an upcoming event and Jenny was of incredible help. Not only did she go over installation instructions, she also went out of her way and helped revise the design to look even better! Excellent customer service and the end product looked fantastic!

Called in for a quote. Person on the phone was very rude and unwilling to help. I was quoted much higher than other shops. Don't waste your time or money on this business. Find somewhere else.
