What a mess! We placed our order right before Christmas and checks were cashed right away. The delivery date was set for January but we never received any items until mid February. That delivery was missing 4 shirts, which we are still waiting on. No communication from the company at all, if I want to know anything I have to call. I believe in supporting local businesses but I would not recommend this place.

I have worked with Artwear multiple times and each time it has been a great experience. Bill is very accommodating and Lauren provides prompt responses to questions and request which makes the process easy to do with no headaches. Ludwig has consistently come up with amazing designs that make for awesome shirts. I enjoy working with Artwear and will always go to them for my screen printing needs!

Artwear has been absolutely awesome for several different initiatives through Comstock High School. Specifically, as the College Adviser I run an event each year called Decision Day which allows the senior class and their post-high school plans to be celebrated. This year Artwear supplied our shirts that seniors were able to customize based of their future plans. Not only did they get our order done incredibly quick, and in plenty of time before the event (as I was cutting it a tad close), but the students loved them. Overall the folks at Artwear are everything you'd want in a local business. I'd highly suggest them to anyone in southwest Michigan needing apparel. We at CHS are lucky to have such a stellar community partner.

Artwear misprinted our shirts twice. We called and they reprinted them, however they were misprinted again. We called to talk to the owner Bill and we waited weeks for him to return our call. Finally I called back to resolve the issue and Bill laughed at me and told me "maybe i should go somewhere else". Their customer service is horrible and i would not recommend going there for any reason. The audacity of a business owner to tell a customer to go somewhere else is beyond comprehension to me. If I could give zero stars i would. As a business owner, I would NEVER speak to a customer like that.

I went it on Tuesday morning looking for a quote on some custom polos. The woman there took a picture of the logo I wanted and said that she would send it over to a guy to get a quote. Tuesday went by, and so did Wednesday, and I never heard from them. I called them Thursday afternoon for an update and she said she would get me a quote by the end of the day. She didn't. For comparison, my co-worker was able to get a quote from the Spirit Shop in 5 minutes.

Great locally owned business. I've used Bill's shop for many years now for my business and a local 5K race. Shop local and get great prices and excellent workmanship and service. Highly recommend.
