ASAP is above the rest when it comes to building a home. There are plenty of new developments out there from well known builders like McBride, Rowles, Payne Family, etc. all of these builders build the same 5-10 models with different elevations and then charge you an arm and a leg, in some cases 30% more, for upgrades that still don't even hold a candle to ASAP. ASAP starts with the best materials and everything they do is unique and one of a kind. If you're looking for a home that is unique to you and your personality, has the options you want for a price you can afford then you should contact ASAP. We couldn't be happier with our new home. We had a garage sale the weekend after we moved in and everyone from our neighborhood that stopped by not only mentioned how beautiful our home was but how nice it was that it didn't look like every other house on the street. Not only that, ASAP let us remain as involved throughout the build as we wanted to be and have continued to follow-up after completion to ensure that we're happy.I could continue to go on and on about Laura's eye for design or William's customer service and responsiveness. They are great people and it was a great experience. You are doing yourself a great disservice if you don't at least consult with them on any new build planning.Give them a call today.-Colin

Buyer beware, I hired this company in October of 2015 to replace my siding and roof after a hail storm, after 10 months and countless phone calls that do not get returned they finally replaced my roof, after 3 more months of trying to get my siding replaced I finally told them I needed to find another contractor that will actually do the work. They had me pay them for the material that was special order so they could release the material to me, after paying them the material was never released to me, the supplier said the material was never paid for by ASAP. I had to buy the material again from another contractor in order to repair my house. I filled a lawsuit in April 2017 against ASAP in order to get my money back and they did not even show up to court, they will not abide by the court ordered judgement awarded in May 2017 against them to pay me what they owe me, I am still trying to recover my money. You say I have the wrong company but you share the same address and email with them, ASAP CONTRACTING / ASAP DEVELOPMENT GROUP

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. If there was a zero, I would give ASAP roofing a zero.. After hail damage in 2010, ASAP went thru our subdivision and replaced many roofs. Approximately, 6 years later, I found a slow leak from the roof and shutters into my chimney. Over time, all of the OSB board on both sides of the chimney had completely disintegrated due to water damage. ASAP had failed to place any flashing around the chimneyThe company refused to return any phone calls. I was required to hire another company. They removed the entire chimney for re-building and had to remove siding on the lower level where the water had also ruined the OSB board. It became a very expensive repair.
