BEWARE FRAUD !!!! I wish i had something better to say but my experience with Bill Ruffino is frustrating to say the least. i have paid him over time, $13,000.00 for a sign he promised me. Helped him with money when he needed payments and trusted him to complete the order. i should never have given him the whole amount but i thought because of mutual friends, and liking this man he would honor his obligation to my business. With nothing to show but Stories and False promises; regretfully has driven me to not recommend this business or Mr. Ruffino to anyone..... I am now changing gears to lawsuit to recover my investment. . . Also i will do everything i can so this doesn't happen to anyone else....Shame on you Bill Ruffino....Shame on you!!!!
