I took in my MacBook Pro into there shop to have my cracked screen be replaced. Computer had its screen shattered.Worst idea ever! The technician who worked on my computer melted my keyboard making multiple keys no longer work. Keyboard was in working condition before taking it in. The damage from the what gun was just too much. They offered to order the keys and repair the new damage. After a week of waiting for parts to go in. I went back in to have them repair it only to find out the entire keyboard had been ruined. No one would take the blame for it or have an answer for me. Kept claiming that the owner was out of town etc. Finally after a long struggle with the business owner he paid me what he felt was right for the computer. I believe he only gave $900 dollars for a computer that was worth $1500 dollars. I do not recommend this place at all. Perhaps if you want to have an unpleasant experience and want your device to be completely ruined.I see owner has replied to my post claiming I scammed him. Had I scammed him I wouldn’t be reviewing his company after many years of the incident happening. I was also only 17 at the time of the issue. I am only giving people a fair warning of the experience I had.
