Nice setting friendly associates reasonably prices

NOTHING should be THIS difficult. After seeing the signs posted ALL OVER the front of the store, and even hearing in the commercials, that we would receive "Next Day Delivery" this is what I expected. only to be told that it was NOT the case. Then having to wait a a WHOLE week to get my furniture... I asked them to please use some courtesy and give some kind of notice before they arrived so we could arrange to have someone there instead of me or my girlfriend having to sit around inside of a 4 hour window for them to arrive. Allegedly even made notes to the delivery guys... Well, they did NOT call, showed up early, left before the 15 minutes they were supposed to wait. and decided to play games on the phone when I arrived and called to check their whereabouts. Placed and received a number of phone calls from the store and NOBODY can seem to reach they guys that THEY hired to drive their trucks. They will want their payments EVERY month on time, but they want to interfere with me and MY ability to earn a living? I HATE that I ever gave these people a chance after I already had an idea of how they do business. We will see if they even attempt to make this right. There is NO WAY this is even close to acceptable. So the 1 star that I was forces to give would actually be less than if I could.

My family always go there and I’m so grateful for the customer service as they were so sweet and respectful. My family can be a handful and I’m glad they handle it well.

I wish I had read reviews prior to purchasing from Ashley Furniture. It has become a full time job attempting to get a replacement chair for a damaged one reveived upon delivery. Hold time on the phone is a minimum of 25 min. I have yet to get a customer service rep who can give me an answer as to when or if damaged good will be replaced. I have been promised a call back which never came.

Will never purchase from Ashley Furniture again...threw the first delivery man out! Said they would give us red carpet treatment on 2nd attempt and git dirty carpet treatment...not much better than the 1st attempt.

We just went in and got pricing on a whole furniture set. Sue was great, we were able to look around without being molested but she was there throughout all our questions and setting up pricing. No pressure sales

Will never be back. I was in there weeks ago but just now finally decided to post about this since it was eating at me but this store needs to go under new management. I witness the store manager Brian or something of the sort, literally start cussing and screaming at two of his employees in the middle of the store, while others were about about some sort of issue that had presented itself. This is NOT what a real manager should do..at all. To add insult to injury, after the ordeal was over, he started joking about it to another colleague...what the heck is wrong with this man? Unfortunately, this isn’t the first time I’ve seen/heard him do something similar towards his colleagues before. I love Ashley’s, but I will never be back to this location. Period.
