A friend recommended Angel...Assistant Angel seemed to be worth a call. And so it began, it took about a month to clear the way and get started. She did not want to change my website but clean up the backside. Something no one had talked about. Then there was the Google stuff, emails, ad words, analytics and Twitter accounts, LinkedIn accounts, Instagram and the blog. Some things had to be cleaned up others had to be redone, so it was pretty much late June July before Big Times Kennel was really on board. July of 2016 I got my first report. Lots of great info if you like stats, what it did for me it gave me better direction, actual goals, and a report card. Over the past 2 1/2 years, we have made many changes. Tried lots of things and expanded my footprint in the immediate area. I am on Twitter, Facebook, YouTube, Pinterest, Google My Business and my blog. They monitor all these formats and give me exposure. I get notes saying Google has changed direction and they really like you dog videos. Facebook "Live" is happening if you get an opportunity to do a live segment. Is it work for me, yes but without Angel and her Ninjas I would never know these changes in Google's thinking. She is now watching "Nextdoor App" and seeing if we can use it. Once I asked her about it my personal Ninja set it up and is monitoring it for comments etc. Each month we have a 1-hour meeting where Angel's group and I review how things are doing and what they need. Yes, they always need something but it is always directed at my business. We agree on a plan for next month and the coming months. I supply information, photos, and ideas. If I am having a problem a call goes to Angel. Had a problem sending out my class registration information. Called Angel in a panic, Angel's response - I am on a call I will call you back. Ten minutes later the word came back this is what to do. I was still in panic mode no problem, I was told to send her the list and it was done. Handled fast, efficient and with great results. Had a bad experience in the kennel. First call to Angel, the second call to our lawyer. Angel and her group gave us the support and guidance we needed. Just this week Angel handled a problem with a site which sells advertising and features customer reviews. If you don't advertise with them your reviews could be a challenge. Angel's suggestion have them call me, we will handle it. Angel and her group are always there for problems, insights, and solutions to everyday things. Every business looks for the ROI. With my business, it is difficult to really put a number out there. But I do feel we are going in the right direction. Because of Angel, my website is effective on any phone, laptop or pc. All the different ways people communicate with us are covered and they change every day. With Angel, all the search engines and new formats are covered. Whatever is new or things that people pay attention to, Angel is on it. I cannot say enough good things about her or the Ninjas who work for her. They are all sincerely interested in Big Times Kennel and making us successful. I know I disappoint them sometimes because I run out of time or intellect. They always come up with great ideas for promoting the business. I wish I could do them all. They are always excited about my business and it shows. Angel is the owner and very, very accessible.
