Client Review on Astro Audio Video and Lighting, Inc.

Feedback:

I had a horribly disappointing experience with Astro AV on ONLY the event itself. The staff was kind but none of that matters when the services and equipment you paid for does not end up working. I hired them for a very important event at a venue who they were the preferred vendor and the quality of the sound was just terrible. It was embarrassing on my part and the focus of the event was the speaking sessions and content (almost 2 hours of speaking content). In feedback surveys with clients they all made mention on how distracting and painful the sound was and it makes me sad that all of the hard work on this event was completely washed away by the sound quality. They ended up giving me 50% back but the damage was already done. The tech did not seem to know what he was doing so either the tech was inexperienced or they were using poor quality equipment. Again, kind people but I will never use them again. I recommend that anyone who uses them does extensive research, testing, interviewing of the techs, etc to avoid the catastrophe I had.
