I brought in a small, heart shape urn, and asked to have it engraved. The font I picked wouldn't have worked very well - they caught this, and e-mailed me a set of alternate fonts, suggestions and pictures. We compromised between what they thought would be clearest and easiest to read, and what I wanted for the urn. I picked it up a couple of days ago, and it's perfect Better than I'd hoped. And both of the people I talked to there (Owner? Engraver?) were courteous, friendly, professional and helpful.Even if it's something small, oddly shaped, and very personal, this is where I'd take it.

Quick service with a day or 2 turnaround. Very reasonable and affordable prices. The staff is friendly and always willing to do whatever it takes to get the order finished when needed even if it means rushing it on the same day. Hands down the best trophy shop I had the opportunity to order through. I look forward to ordering my custom t-shirts and crystals in the near future.
