Company: The I.T TrainerName: Fiona JaggerI can highly recommend Adam @ AT Social Media to manage any or all of your Social Media platforms.For years we recognised that we needed to harness the power of Social Media for our marketing and I found it frustrating that I didn’t know enough about this ‘phenomenon’ that was there, available and free and there for the taking. So, I started to do a little bit on Facebook, Linkedin, and Twitter, but I found it even more frustrating that not a lot came from it. I thought that I was doing pretty well too and people were coming to me for advice on these 3 platforms, Twitter in particular; but I knew that we were only scratching the surface of marketing possibilities.Adam is brilliant, our Twitter and Linkedin accounts are now healthy after Adam purged them and active and growing organically by the day. We now have a good presence on Google+ (which I totally don’t understand so it’s great that we’re not missing out on that key area of marketing our business).Adam gives a clear report of work undertaken each month but he communicates daily brilliantly keeping us in the loop all the time as to what he is working on to grow our accounts or to build relationships with potential clients/alliances. Adam has connected with all our contacts via Social Media, enhancing our existing contact relationships online.Adam isn’t just putting out posts he is having a good banter with potential/existing contacts – he has a confidence with Social Media that most business owners don’t. He has a good sense of humour too…Adam is very much on the ball, when it snowed recently – Adam was onto us first thing in the morning to ask if our trainers would be able to travel to training appointments!As well as managing our Social Media, Adam teaches us lots of time-saving or knowledge building tips – such as Google Analytics, Sitestillup (advises us when our website goes down) and much more. He blows my mind with Social Media statistics, but it’s fantastic getting this information to show the impact of having our Social Media managed now.Adam goes the extra mile to make sure the mechanics of our Social Media platforms are working – for example he advised us that we were getting thousands of spam referrals to our website which had a negative impact on our Google ranking – there’s no way as business owners we would have known that information. He has interacted with our domain providers with regards to this and Google Analytics to ensure that everything is working perfectly.Adam researched us and The IT Trainer for weeks before starting working with us – which means he is able to post content confidently and knowledgeably.
