We have used Athens Printing for years for the needs of our Honor Society at the University. They are always helpful with everything, the results are perfect, and their prices are extremely reasonable.

WORST EXPERIENCE I'VE EVER HAD WITH A PRINTERI ordered some items from this printer for my business and they did NOT come out as expected. During the process of ordering, I tried to call and communicate with everyone there, but they insisted upon emailing only. However, they were not clear in their emails and the order was not correct in the end. I paid half up front and was to pay the other half after I received the items. They knew I was unhappy with the product and that I was contesting the final fee. I was told that they were not keeping my card on file, but then they charged my card an additional $200+ WITHOUT my permission and without notifying me. I spoke with the owner and he was extremely rude and refused to correct the problem. I will not do business with them again.

We've used Athens Printing for more services than I can enumerate, and they are just incredible. Competitive pricing is nice, but where they really shine is customer service. Every time I have ever asked for a proof or quote I not only get it same day (usually within an hour) and often directly from the owner, but they can put the order into production almost immediately since they do everything in house. So if you forgot to order a promotional item for an event the next week, no problem. Can't say enough good things about Athens Printing. Compare their work side by side with anyone and you'll be impressed.

I cannot say enough great things about Athens Printing. Reasonable pricing, extremely responsive customer service, totally reliable and best of all, FAST! I have used them for all types of projects, both professionally and personally and they have never once let me down. I can come to them in a pinch and they save the day each and every time! I love this company!
