Most unprofessional company I've ever encountered. No notification from their end indicating that your website is down. No status updates from their end when they are working on errors or if website is running again. Response time is anywhere from 1 hour to 4 days, if you're lucky enough to receive one. The service you receive is not worth the price you pay. Discovered an article stating this company was sued in June 2018 and based on personal experience, I can't say I'm surprised. Don't waste your time with them - there are plenty of better agencies in the Dayton area.
