I was looking for an awning for a storefront and from the moment my call was answered I felt like the individual could care less. Sorry I am not a full time professional when it comes to awnings and that is why I am looking for a professional company to instal an awning. From my own opinion it seemed like the individual could care less, which is really bad business practice. Once I let the individual know I felt like he didn't care and that I would simply look else where he hung up on me. I would like to believe I am a reasonable person, always very friendly, and I am truly looking for a professional to install an awning. I am just really shocked that this individual was so rude throughout my 5 minute conversation with him. I hope the owner knows of this and reviews the call because I believe they record the calls according to their answering message. I can not review their actual awnings but I can review their customer services and they need a lot of help. I hope this review will help the company's owner address clearly a very bad business practice that has costed them a very real business prospect.
