One of the best customer service experiences I have ever had. All the people working there were pleasant and friendly plus eager to assist with the repair. The computer Tech I dealt with (Adam) was knowledgeable and was able to diagnose the problem while I was there and order the exact part needed. The part came in super fast and Adam immediately contacted me to bring the computer in for repair. He had the repair completed in record time and was able to save me some money. I would highly recommend this company to anyone needing computer repairs. They also recycle electronic equipment at no cost.
