Commande non livré a temps, délai dans les mails non respecté, faire déplacer les gens 2x pour 2 articles sans leur annoncé une livraison PARTIELLE ne les dérange pas !!! Service client mail déplorable à la limite de l’insolence, on vous prend de haut en gros vous n'êtes pas satisfait ce n'est rien AuchanPhoto a raison !!!!

L’après-midi je reçois un mail ou on me dit que le code devrait fonctionner et que si cela ne fonctionner pas il désire avoir une capture d'écran. Le lendemain on me dit qu’il y a eu un bug et que maintenant cela fonctionne sauf que toujours pas je renvoie un mail et maintenant il m’envoie un questionnaire pour voir si ce n’est pas à cause de mes appareils à moi. Cela fait 3 jours que j’attend que l’on me donne une solution et au finale rien. Je ne compte pas commander chez eux et je pâtirais chez la concurrence ! Très très déçu !
